COMUNICADO

SUSPENSÃO TEMPORÁRIA DE CADASTRO PRÉVIO PARA VISITANTES DE PAÍSES ISENTOS DE APRESENTAÇÃO DE VISTO DE ENTRADA

Maputo 28 de Abril de 2023 – Informamos que a 1 de Maio de 2023 entra em vigor o Decreto n.º 10/2023, de 31 de Março, que isenta cidadãos nacionais de 29 países da obrigatoriedade de apresentação de visto de entrada para República de Moçambique quando a deslocação se destine para turismo ou negócio ficando temporariamente suspensa a necessidade do cadastro 48 horas antes do embarque.

Os cidadãos dos países constantes no decreto (Canadá, Confederação Suíça, Emirados Árabes Unidos, Estado de Israel, Estados Unidos da América, Federação da Rússia, Japão, Reino da Arábia Saudita, Reino da Bélgica, Reino da Dinamarca, Reino da Espanha, Reino da Noruega, Reino da Suécia, Reino dos Países Baixos, Reino Unido da Grã-Bretanha e Irlanda do Norte, República da Coreia, República da Costa do Marfim, República da Finlândia, República da Indonésia, República da Irlanda, República da Singapura, República do Gana, República do Senegal, República Federal da Alemanha, República Francesa, República Italiana, República Popular da China, República Portuguesa e Ucrânia) são autorizados a deslocar-se a República de Moçambique sem prévio cadastramento, devendo no acto de entrada, efectuar o pagamento da taxa equivalente a 650 meticais e apresentar os seguintes documentos:

a) Passaporte ou documento equiparado com validade não inferior a 6 meses.

b)
Bilhete de voo de vinda e regresso, para os que viajam por via aérea.

c) Comprovativo de local de hospedagem.

NOTICE

TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF PRIOR REGISTRATION FOR VISITORS FROM COUNTRIES EXEMPTED FROM PRESENTING AN ENTRY VISA

Maputo, April 28, 2023 – We inform that on May 1, 2023, Decree No. 10/2023, of March 31, comes into force, which exempts nationals of 29 countries from the obligation to present an entry visa to the Republic of Mozambique when travel is for tourism or business, with the need for registration 48 hours before departure being temporarily suspended.

Citizens of the countries listed in the decree (Canada, Swiss Confederation, United Arab Emirates, State of Israel, United States of America, Russian Federation, Japan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kingdom of Belgium, Kingdom of Denmark, Kingdom of Spain, Kingdom of of Norway, Kingdom of Sweden, Kingdom of the Netherlands, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Republic of Korea, Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, Republic of Finland, Republic of Indonesia, Republic of Ireland, Republic of Singapore, Republic of Ghana, Republic of Senegal, Federal Republic of Germany, French Republic, Italian Republic, People’s Republic of China, Portuguese Republic and Ukraine) are authorized to travel to the Republic of Mozambique without prior registration, and must, upon entry, carry out the payment of the fee equivalent to 650 meticais and submit the following documents:

a) Passport or equivalent document valid for at least 6 months.

b) Round-trip flight ticket for those traveling by air.

c) Proof of accommodation.
