VISA OVERVIEW

The one that is granted to the foreign spouse and minor or incapable children of the foreign citizen holding the work visa.
REQUIREMENTS

1. PASSPORT OR SIMILAR DOCUMENT
The document must be valid for not less than 6 (six) months.

2. COMPLETED APPLICATION FORM
The form, available in the High Commission, entitled REQUEST FOR ENTRY TO MOZAMBIQUE must be duly completed and signed by the applicant. The form can be completed only in English, Portuguese or French, in capital letters and black or blue ink. Abbreviations and acronyms are not allowed.

3. RECENT PHOTO
Applicants must provide a recent passport-sized photo.

4. TRAVEL ITINERARY (Tickets & Bookings Reservations)
Applicants must provide a copy of the airline ticket. The ticket must be round-trip.

5. MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

6. BIRTH CERTIFICATE
Birth Certificate, in case of a minor or dependent.

7.  MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
Medical certificate (Valid for at least 03 months).

8. CRIMINAL RECORD CERTIFICATE
Criminal Record Certificate, issued by the competent authority of the country of origin or country of residence (Valid for at least 03 months).

9. TERM OF RESPONSIBILITY

Applicants are required to present a term of responsibility by the foreign citizen holding the employment contract in Mozambique, issued in favor of the spouse, minor children, or incapacitated applicants for the Temporary Permanence Visa.

VISA FEES
Temporary Permanence visas are subject to application processing fees.
